These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NordForm online store (nordformshop.com) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Products

All products sold by NordForm are physical consumer goods intended for general self-care and personal use. Our products are NOT medical devices, are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. Results from using our products may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may vary by market. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Cancellations may not be possible after processing has begun. Contact us as soon as possible at support@nordformshop.com if you need to cancel.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from our suppliers in Asia. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NordForm has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Note that certain products — including but not limited to gua sha tools, ice rollers, derma stamps, mouth tape, and other personal care or hygiene items — cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

8. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for reading all product instructions and safety information before use. Misuse of products may result in injury. NordForm is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions and safety warnings.

If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any of our wellness or self-care products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NordForm and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on nordformshop.com, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of NordForm or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
