PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
NordForm products are shipped from our supplier warehouses in Asia. This is standard for many international e-commerce brands and allows us to offer competitive pricing.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, postal service delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Not all shipping routes support full end-to-end tracking.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs authority
- The sole responsibility of the customer
- Not included in our product prices or shipping fees
- Non-refundable by NordForm

We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees.

Note for EU customers: As of July 2021, VAT applies to all goods imported into the EU regardless of value. This may be collected at the point of delivery by the carrier.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nordformshop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NordForm is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
