Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning the item. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
