Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from supplier warehouses in Asia. This is standard for many international wellness brands and allows us to keep prices competitive.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on your location. Please note these are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to customs or postal delays.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Possibly, yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Can I track my order?

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you after dispatch. Not all shipping routes support full end-to-end tracking.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at NordFormShop@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gua sha tools, ice rollers, derma stamps, mouth tape, face lift bands, or any product that has been in contact with skin once opened.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at NordFormShop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for children?

Some products are not suitable for children. Please check individual product pages for age warnings. Keep all products out of reach of children unless specifically designed for them.

How do I clean my gua sha or ice roller?

Clean with mild soap and warm water before and after each use. Allow to dry completely before storing.

I experienced discomfort using a product. What should I do?
